C’est à Monaco que le jeu de la roulette européenne, inventé par François Blanc, a gagné en popularité. Sa particularité est d’ajouter
une case supplémentaire, le zéro, accroissant ainsi l’avantage de la banque. Les Américains y prirent tellement goût qu’ils eurent l’idée
